You can download updates for your version of OpenGEM from this page.
Please check what version of OpenGEM you are running by reading the VERSION.TXT file in your \GEMAPPS\HELPZONE directory. Updates should be installed in chronological order, and you should not skip any updates (i.e. don't just install the latest update without installing the previous updates first).
